Ford County Retired Senior Volunteer Program will hold its annual recognition banquet and the firstnational day of remembrance and service at noon, Saturday at the Victory Electric warehouse.

RSVP is sponsoring two trips for seniors this fall. The Kansas state fair trip in scheduled for Monday and the cost is $15. The Grant County products supper trip is scheduled for Sept. 21 and the cost is $20 per person and $30 per couple.
The Grant County trip to Ulysses is an annual event. The entire meal is produced with Grant County products. In addition to the meal, the evening includes entertainment and a chance to meet and talk with political candidates.
