DODGE CITY —

Two people were injured in a two-vehicle collision Wednesday morning near Ingalls.
Garden City resident Donna W. Trainham, 46, was eastbound on U.S. Highway 50 in a 2006 Ford passenger car, the Kansas Highway Patrol reported. She turned north on 10 Road in front of Great Bend resident Clifton L. Flock, who was heading west on U.S. 50 in a 2005 Freightliner semitruck.
Trainham was taken to St. Catherine Hospital in Garden City for treatment and was later airlifted to a Wichita hospital, according to the KHP. Flock, 32, was taken to Western Plains Medical Complex for treatment.
Trainham was wearing a seat belt when the collision occurred, but Flock was not, according to the KHP.
