A member of the Dodge City Fire Department is silhouetted by emergency lights as he looks for hot spots at a fire Saturday night at Guero Auto Sales, 304 E. Wyatt Earp Blvd. Firefighters responded to a call of a fire at the auto shop at 10 p.m. and found a vehicle fully engulfed in flames. The cause of the fire remains under investigation, but officials from the fire department found that the blaze started between the auto sales building and a truck parked next to it. Anyone with information about the fire is asked to contact the fire department at (620) 225-8187.

A truck was fully engulfed in flames and completely destroyed, while the building and a trailer containing tires received extensive damage. Thirteen members of the fire department responded to the call and were on scene for approximately an hour and a half.
