Dodge City —

Marsha Adams is retiring as the bank manager at Landmark National Bank’s Dodge City North location after nearly 16 years with the company.  Adams began with Landmark in the mortgage loan department part-time in 1992.  She became a full time mortgage loan processor the following year and later received additional training in all retail banking operations.  In March 1998 Adams was promoted to bank manager of the newly opened Landmark National Bank at 2500 N. 14th Ave., Dodge City.  A reception and open house honoring Adams is scheduled from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. on Thursday, May 22 at Landmark’s 2500 N. 14th Ave. location.
"Marsha has been an outstanding bank manager and we wish her the best in her retirement," said Jeff Oliphant, market president for Landmark National Bank’s Western Region.
Letty Ramirez has been selected to replace Adams as bank manager of Landmark National Bank’s North 14th location.  Prior to her promotion to bank manager, Ramirez was the personal banking officer in Landmark’s downtown location at Central Avenue and Spruce Street.  Ramirez will be responsible for all facets of managing the bank including home loans, consumer lending, account openings and customer service.  Ramirez has participated in numerous bank training courses on mortgage and consumer lending, deposit products, and customer service.  She has been with Landmark National Bank since 2004.
"We are very pleased to have Letty as our new Dodge City North Bank manager," said Jeff Oliphant, Market President for Landmark National Bank.
"As a bi-lingual associate, Letty is able to serve an even wider range of our customers seeking home loans, consumer loans, and deposit products," Oliphant said.
"She excels in all areas due to her high emphasis on delivering quality service and meeting the challenges within our growing organization.”
Joyce Durler, assistant vice president – lending officer, has assumed the consumer lending responsibilities at the Central and Spruce Bank location.  Durler is also responsible for mortgage lending for the bank.  She has been with Landmark since 1980.
"Joyce has a wealth of knowledge with respect to lending and has worked skillfully to meet the challenges of dealing with increasing volumes in our operations," Oliphant said.
Scott Taylor has joined Landmark National Bank’s commercial lending team as a commercial lender.  He is primarily responsible for commercial loan underwriting.
Taylor has 10 years of previous banking experience.  His office is located in the Bank at Central and Spruce.
"Scott provides an important component to Landmark allowing us to better serve our growing commercial lending portfolio," said Oliphant.
