Key player in murder plot gets 59 months

   One of the main players in a conspiracy to kill a drug dealer will spend nearly five years in prison.
    Martin Lugo was sentenced Friday to 59 months in prison on a charge of conspiracy to commit first-degree murder. The prosecuting and defense attorneys had recommended the sentence as part of a plea agreement, and District Judge Van Hampton followed their recommendation, said Assistant Ford County Attorney Scott James.
    Lugo pleaded no-contest to the conspiracy charge several weeks ago, James said.
