    At least, that thought has to be on the minds of organizers of two big southwest Kansas events scheduled this weekend.
    OzFest in Liberal offers a pumpkin decorating contest and performances by the Kwahadi Indians, along with games and activities for kids.
    2009 marks the 70th anniversary of the release of "The Wizard of Oz" starring Judy Garland, so this year's OzFest will be special. Margaret Pellegrini, who played one of the munchkins in the 1939 movie, will be on hand to meet the public and sign autographs.
