Huelskamp sets sights on Congress

    After 13 years in the Kansas Senate, Sen. Tim Huelskamp is setting his sights on Congress.
    The Fowler Republican is one of six GOP candidates competing for the right to replace Congressman Jerry Moran in Kansas' First Congressional District. Moran is giving up his seat in the U.S. House to run for the U.S. Senate.
    The winner of the August 2010 primary election for the big First District will likely face Salina resident Alan Jilka in November's general election. To date, Jilka is the only Democrat in the race.
