   Nine seminary students came to Dodge City on a mission: Explore the challenges of ministry in a community grappling with ethnic diversity.
    The students from Saint Paul School of Theology in Kansas City, Mo., arrived last Saturday to immerse themselves in Dodge City's everyday affairs. Along the way, they met with local ministers, high school students and leaders to discuss life in a multicultural community.
    The Globe interviewed the students and their leaders, Shannon and Patty Jung, Thursday about their expectations and experiences. Here are excerpts from that interview, edited for length.
