Darlois "Kay" Burkhart, 48, died Sunday, Aug. 31, 2008 at her home in Mound Valley.
Cremation has taken place and the memorial service will be at 10 a.m. Friday at the Mound Valley Cemetery with Rev. Mike Graham of the Harry Hynes Memorial Hospice officiating under the direction of the Potts Chapel.
Memorials are suggested to the Harry Hynes Hospice in care of the Potts Chapel, 122 S. Pennsylvania, Independence, KS 67301.
