    Belinda Viola Olivarez, 59, died Saturday, Oct. 4, 2008, at St. Catherine Hospital, Garden City.
The funeral service will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Swaim Funeral Home, Dodge City, with the Rev. Dick Robbins presiding. Burial will be at Maple Grove Cemetery, Dodge City.
    Visitation will be from 1 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Swaim Funeral Home.
