Elmer E. Boehme, 93, died Thursday, June 25, 2009 at the Edwards County Hospital, Kinsley.
He was born Dec. 12, 1913 to John and Luella (Lightcap) Boehme at Offerle. He married Joyce P. Carroll on Nov. 6, 1940 at Dodge City. She preceded him in death Jan. 1, 2004.
Survivors include two sons, Galen, Offerle and Jarold, Mullinville; sister, Donna Hammontree, Uniontown, Ark.; two grandchildren.
The memorial service will be at 2:30 p.m. Sunday at the Offerle United Methodist Church, Offerle.
