Edward G. Schaller, 90, died Monday, May 12, 2008 at Andover Life Center, Andover.
He was born April 11, 1918 to John H. and Barbara (Merten) Schaller at Kinsley. He married Odessa Morrison on July 27, 1946 at St. Louis, MO. She survives.
He was a resident of Kinsley and a farmer. He was a member of St. Nicholas Catholic Church, Kinsley.
Survivors include his sons, Gregory, Lawrence and Lawrence, Wichita; daughters, Jada Rausch, Wichita, Madonna Reed, Topeka, Cynthia Schaller, Olathe, Paula Zoller, Wichita and Julie Paul, Bloomfield, Colo.; 13 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
He was preceded in death by his parents, four brothers and two sisters.
The Vigil service will be at 7 p.m. Wednesday at the St. Nicholas Catholic Church, Kinsley. The funeral service will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at the St. Nicholas Catholic Church, Kinsley with Rev. Ted Stoecklein presiding. Burial will be in the St. Nicholas Cemetery, Kinsley.
Friends may call from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Wednesday at the McKillip Funeral Home, Kinsley.
