Frederick Francis Hughes, 67, died Monday, July 21, 2008 at Ashland Health Center, Ashland.
   
    The Vigil service will be at 5:30 p.m. Friday at the St. Joseph Catholic Church, Ashland.  The funeral Mass will be at 10 a.m. at the St. Joesph Catholic Church, Ashland with Rev. Meurice Cummings presiding.
