Ralph Earl Franklin, 83, died Wednesday, Sept. 3, 2008 at Good Samaritan Center, Dodge City.
  
     Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Swaim Funeral Home with Rev. Orlando Jantz, Rev. Darrell Hendrickson, and Rev. Donald Fisher presiding.  Burial will follow at Maple Grove Cemetery in Dodge City.
    Visitation will be from noon to 6 p.m. Sunday at Swaim Funeral Home and from 9 a.m. to service time Monday.
