    Kandy Shewry, 50, died Monday, Nov. 23, 2009, at her home in Kinsley.
    She was born Oct. 16, 1959, to Robert Steve Harper  and Lola Noll in Dodge City.
    She was an information technologist for G&G Car and Truck Super Center, Dodge City.
    Survivors include: her son, Jesse Bishop, Kinsley; two brothers, Kevin Noll and Bryan Noll; her father, Protection; a sister, Sandy Sheffield; her grandmother, Helen Harper; her aunt, Cindy Page Martin; and a grandson, Solomon Bishop.
    A memorial service will be at 10 a.m. Monday at the First United Methodist Church in Dodge City, with the Rev. Dick Robbins presiding.
    There will be no public viewing, as cremation has taken place.
    Friends may sign the register from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. today and from 9 a.m. to noon Saturday at Burkhart-Ziegler Funeral Chapel, Dodge City.
    The family suggests memorials to the Ford County Humane Society, American Cancer Society or South Wind Hospice in care of Burkhart-Ziegler Funeral Chapel, 1901 N. 14th Ave., Dodge City, KS  67801.  Condolences may be sent to www.burkhart-ziegler.com.
