Ralph Earl Franklin, 83, died Wednesday, Sept. 3, 2008, at Good Samaritan Center, Dodge City.
    Visitation will be from noon to 6 p.m. Sunday at Swaim Funeral Home, Dodge City.  The funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
