Shooting a 306 (+18) on the final day of the NJCAA National Championships, the Dodge City men's golf team finished in 13th, just behind Hutchinson who edged the Conquistadors by four strokes.
Dodge City's best score of the final day came from Nick Kagy who shot a 75 (+3), while teammate Ekkarat Leksuwan finished with a score of 76 (+4). Both of these scores allowed for Kagy and Leksuwan to finish tied for 33rd and tied for 44th respectively.
Danny Taggart came in third on the team with a score of 77 (+5) and Saksit Jairak and Parker Waters rounded out the scorecard with scores of 78 (+6) and 80 (+8) respectively.
Dodge City took home six tournament wins on the year, including all three KJCCC Contests, sweeping the conference tournament for the third time under head coach Chris Robinson.
