The Dodge City High School junior varsity football team continued its undefeated run Monday night, winning 56-21 over Great Bend at Memorial Stadium.
The Red Demons are now 5-0 on the season.
Parker Davis rushed for over 300 yards and scored four touchdowns. Josh Ginther had a strong offensive game and Todd Middleton and Rodney Rojas held on defensively, according to DCHS coach Dustin Fergeson. Nick Brady had an interception.
Dodge City’s Red Demons freshman football team lost 8-6 to Great Bend, dropping to 3-2 on the season. Joey Espinoza scored its lone touchdown off a blocked punt.
Both teams travel to Hays next Monday as their season begins to wind down.
