Three Dodge City High School Red Demon cross country runners have been selected as All-Conference performers by the Western Athletic Conference. And all three will be back to run for the Demons next season.
Juniors Maris Schmidt and Yael Felix were selected on the girls side and junior Peter Neidhart was selected for the All-WAC boys team. Great Bend won the WAC championship in girls competition, while Liberal won WAC on the boys side.
Both cross country teams will run in the regional meet at the Cessna Activities Center in Wichita Saturday.
