Abby Jean Donaher and David Barton Sexton Jr. were married at six thirty in the evening on Saturday, Sept. 6, 2008. The ceremony took place on the grounds of the Magnolia Plantation in Charleston, SC. The bride is the daughter of Jane Liebel, Monroe, NH. She is the granddaughter of the late Conard and Charlotte Liebl, Dodge City.
Abby was given in marriage by her older brother, Edward Donaher, Honolulu, HI. She graduated from St. Johnsbury Academy in St. Johnsbury, VT. and earned her BA in Social work at the University of North Carolina in Charlotte, NC. She is currently employed by Bank of America as a Senior Change Analyst.
The groom is the son of Kim Graham, Mooresville, NC. and Barton Sexton, Charlotte, NC. He is the grandson of Baylor and Nancy Gibson of Liberty Hill, SC. and Jim and Imo Sexton, Greensville, SC. He graduated from South Iredell High School and earned his BS in Biology, and minor in Chemistry from University of North Carolina in Charlotte, NC. He is currently employed as a Sales Manager for Bealer Wholesale in Charlotte, NC.
Following a honeymoon to Hawaii, the couple will reside in Charlotte, NC.
