Although First Southern Baptist Church's last major theatrical production attracted an audience of 650 people, the church didn't have to set up extra seating.
No one came to sit. They were an audience on the move, because they were there for Judgment Day. Instead of viewing a group of actors on one stage, the spectators walked from scene to scene throughout the church, watching the drama unfold at each location.
The crowds are back again, drawn by this unusual and ambitious production that seeks to engage each audience member in a conversation with himself about the nature of his faith.
