State drops charges against man involved in conspiracy case

     Charges were dismissed Thursday against a man accused of conspiring to kill a drug dealer earlier this year.
    Noel Trejo-Medrano was originally charged with conspiracy to commit second-degree murder and trafficking cocaine for his role in an unsuccessful plot to kill Servando Acosta. But the charges were dropped Thursday under a plea agreement with the Ford County Attorney's Office, in which Trejo-Medrano agreed to testify against co-conspirator Rodolfo Enriquez.
