A new postponement due to COVID-19 was announced by United Wireless Arena, as the Lee Brice concert has been rescheduled to Saturday, Nov. 14.


"This is in response to the nationwide-spread COVID-19 virus," the arena said in a news release. "United Wireless Arena, partnered with the city of Dodge City, has their employees, patrons and fans health and safety in their utmost concern.


"United Wireless Arena wants to thank all their customers for their patience and understanding during this time.“


An opening act will be announced at a later date.


As for tickets, UWA said all original-dated tickets will be honored. New tickets can be purchased by calling UWA box office at 620-371-7878 or at ticketmaster.com.


Ticket prices are $44 and $60, with floor tickets standing-room only.


The concert change is added to other postponements for shows at the arena.


As previously reported, the Jeff Dunham show was rescheduled to Thursday, June 11. Everclear has been rescheduled to Saturday, Aug. 29.


Bridal and women's day out events have been rescheduled to Sunday, Sept 13.


As for Fairy Tales on Ice, a new date is still being negotiated.


All purchased tickets will still be honored and refunds will be made available for these shows.

In keeping with concerts being rescheduled, the Dodge City Community Concert Association also announced the postponement of its last concert of the season, Presidio Brass.


According to community concert president Julie Ellis, the concert is to be rescheduled at a later date.
