Illusionist and escape artist Jay Owenhouse and his family return to United Wireless Arena with their "Family Magic" tour today at 7:30 p.m.
Doors open at 6:30 p.m. with tickets ranging from $29-$69 and can be purchased at the UWA box office or at ticketmaster.com.
2 Gun Show
For the 5th year, G and S Gun Show will be in Dodge City at the Western State Bank Expo Center.
Located in Wister, Oklahoma, G and S is a gun show promotion that runs throughout the Midwest.
They promote gun shows in Kansas, Arkansas, Oklahoma and Texas with vendors from various locations attending with more than 150 tables on hand selling their individual items.
The show is from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. today and 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sunday.
Admission is $7 with $2 off for active or retired military with proof of ID.
Police and firefighters will be admitted for free.
3 Wild West Bowl
The 6-Man State Championship football tournament returns to Memorial Stadium for its second year today.
The championship game will begin at 4 p.m. with a consolation game played prior at 2 p.m.
Tickets for the games are $7 for adults, $5 for children grades kindergarten through 12th.
4 Kingdom Series
On Sunday at the Wright Park band-shell will be the Release the Kingdom series from the First Southern Baptist Church of Dodge City.
The series is done through a partnership of local churches with everyone welcome to attend the revival.
Snacks and refreshments will be available along with prayer and worship.
During Election Day on Tuesday, the Senior Center in Dodge City, 2408 Central Avenue, will be hosting a fundraiser from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Proceeds will go to help the Senior Center and will feature chili, cinnamon roll, fresh vegetables and a drink for $6
6 Letters from Home
On Monday, Nov. 6, the American Legion in Dodge City Post 47 will host Letters from Home.
Having appeared all over the country including the American Legion National Convention, Erinn Diaz and Courtney Groves will bring their stage performance to Dodge City.
The event will go towards assisting and supporting veterans and youth programs.
The show will begin at 6:30 p.m. and ticket prices are from $15 to $30. For tickets, call 620-430-0750.
