According to his biography, Allan has won over fans, peers and critics with his signature blend of smoldering vocals, rebellious lyrics and raucous live performances with the allure of a modern day outlaw. While becoming a force on the country music scene, Allan has remained true to his artistic voice each step of the way. Allan re-signed with Universal Music Group Nashville in 2016, the label home for the entirety of his twenty plus year career.

In the lead up to the UWA show, Allan is putting the finishing touches on a EMI Nashville release.

Coming from California, Allan released his first album in 1996 titled, Used Heart for Sale.

After that debut, Allan has gone on to release eight more studio album with three of them going platinum back-to-back times and going gold five times.

The albums went on to sell eight million copies and 10 million song tracks.

Set You Free, Allan's last album, went onto the Billboard 200 pop chart for the first time in his career.

Set You Free also went to the top of the Billboard Country Album chart once it debuted along with Allan's fifth No. 1 country radio song, "Every Storm Runs Out Of Rain."

Since 1996, Allan has amassed five No. 1 country radio hits, 14 Top 10 hits and more than 1.8 billion song streams.

According to his biography, Allan has been described as "dark and dreamy" in Entertainment Weekly, "soulful and rough around the edges" in Playboy and deemed a "maverick" by Rolling Stone, selling out venues as a headliner from New York to Los Angeles, with appearances on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, Late Show with David Letterman, Late Night with Jimmy Fallon, Live with Kelly and Michael and Jimmy Kimmel Live.

Allan has also been on the cover of Country Weekly, Pollstar and People magazine.
