Dodge City Days events kick off at 9 a.m. Sunday with the United Wireless Ninja Warrior Obstacle Challenge at Western State Bank Expo Center, 11333 US-283 highway.

The obstacle course is a 2-mile challenge with the first set of participants starting at 9:30 a.m.

Registration the day of the event is $35.

At 6:30 p.m., the Music for the Christian Soul concert will be held at Cathedral of Our Lady of Guadalupe, 3231 N. 14th Ave.

There will be a free will offering and will benefit Manor of the Plains and Charitable Care Fund.

From 5 to 6:15 p.m., a taco and tostada meal and Mexican wedding cake will be served.

Meal tickets cost $8 per person, $15 for two or $20 for three, before the show starts.

At 7 p.m. at the Depot Theater, the return of Karaoke Kabaret will be held.

Curtain time for the singing starts at 8 p.m.

Admission is $8 with a Dodge City Days Lapel Pin or $10 without a pin.

Movie in the Park will be held at 9 p.m. Eisenhower Park with a screening of the classic western Silverado.

There is no charge to attend the movie.

A small concession stand will be available, and lawn chairs and blankets are welcome.
