Corporate bragging rights for a year were up for grabs at the Dodge City Days Wacky Trike Race on Thursday.

The annual event, which took place in Wright Park, was also attended by the Miss Rodeo Kansas and Teen contestants signing autographs.

The wacky trike race is built of four-person corporate teams who face off riding adult-sized tricycle bikes.

The "Wacky Four" semifinals consisted of United Wireless facing Dodge City Parks and Recreation and LR Lee Contracting facing the City of Dodge City.

United Wireless and the City of Dodge City faced off in the finals, with United Wireless winning this year's trophy.

Some of the teams involved were Arrowhead West, Landmark and Centera Banks, and Friends of the Zoo.

Along with the race was the Pepsi Dog Day Afternoon event, where those who attended were served hot dogs, chips and a drink for $1.
