On May 14, Christy Cauble Davis filed with the Secretary of State’s office as a candidate for the First Congressional District in Kansas.
As a life-long Kansan, rural business owner and community leader, Davis, a Democrat, has worked in every one of the district’s 63 counties.
During the campaign, Davis has sought advice and support from experienced public servants – earning endorsements from former Gov. John Carlin, former U. S. Rep. and U.S. Agriculture Secretary Dan Glickman and former U. S. Rep. Nancy Boyda.
Davis said in a release, “If elected, I will work tirelessly for the hard-working families, farmers and businesses that make the First so great.”
