DCCC: Men’s basketball comes back to top Colby in Region VI quarterfinals
After a first-round bye in the Region VI Tournament, the Dodge City men’s basketball team faced off with Colby in the Quarterfinals in Dodge City and battled the Trojans to an 89-84 victory. The win is the first since the 2014-15 season for the Conquistador men’s team in the quarterfinals of the Region VI tournament.

The United States Football League is set to return in the coming months and two of the eight teams in the League will feature former Dodge City Conquistador football players as an offensive tackle, Josh Dunlop, and runningback, Mark Thompson were both drafted in the USFL draft recently.

Dodge City softball team made it five wins in a row after breaking out the brooms during a midweek Jayhawk Conference doubleheader against Garden City picking up a 12-3 win in six innings and an 11-8 victory.
