3 eggs, beaten 2/3 cup pumpkin 1 cup sugar 3/4 cup flour 1 teaspoon baking soda 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg 1 teaspoon ginger 2 teaspoons cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon salt Combine the eggs, pumpkin, and sugar in a bowl, then add the rest of ingredients and blend together well. Pour into a 15 x 10 x 1-inch greased cookie sheet.
