DCCC receives $500,000 workforce grant

U.S. Sen. Jerry Moran (R-Kan.) visited the Dodge City Community College (DC3) campus on Monday, Feb. 20, to announce that a $500,000 Congressionally Directed Spending (CDS) grant had been awarded to the college for its forthcoming industrial maintenance program. With these grant funds, DC3 plans to purchase classroom and lab equipment for the new workforce development program, which is slated to begin fall 2024.
