Kansas golf coach Kuhle signs extension

Kansas Women’s Golf Coach Lindsay Kuhle, who has led the Jayhawks to back-to-back NCAA Regional appearances for the first time in program history, has signed a three-year contract extension that runs through the 2028-29 season, Director of Athletics Travis Goff announced Monday.Kuhle has had a monumental impact on the program since arriving from the University of Denver prior to the 2021-22 season.

WSU golfer Winslow wins 114th Kansas Amateur

In a hotly contested championship match, Wichita State men’s golfer Michael Winslow defeated Kansas Jayhawk Will King to win the 2024 Kansas Amateur title on Sunday afternoon at Topeka Country Club.Winslow, a native of Overland Park, Kansas, took down six golfers to take the crown, including defeats of two-seed Alex Springer as well as the reigning Kansas Am Champion and Shocker teammate, Zach Sokolosky.
