Dodge City men’s golf has continually been a top-ranked team in the country at the NJCAA Division I level and entering the 2024-25 school year the Conquistadors are earning preseason recognition yet again.The Conqs check in tied for 10th place in the preseason Bushnell/Golfweek NJCAA DI Coaches Poll.
For the past nine years the Dodge City cross country team has opened their season in Hutchinson at the Terry Masterson Twilight Classic and this year the Conquistador women raced their way to a third-place team finish at the meet.The Conqs posted 79 points for the meet only 16 points out of second place and first place was captured by an NCAA Division I school in Wichita State.Three sub-20-minute times paced the Conqs to open the season, while the team’s top five runners were all in the Top 20 overall.
Suzy Busch and Paul Meredith were the lucky local winners of the Dodge City Bomgaars store giveaways this summer.Bomgaars announced over $77,000 in prizes were awarded to customers this August in the DEWALT® 100 Year Giveaway.
