Dodge City cross country gives strong performance at Newton Invitational
The Dodge City High School cross country team took part in the Newton Invitational Oct 5.
Football struggles on road against #1 Hutchinson
For the seventh straight dating back to the bowl game last season the Dodge City football team faced an opponent that was ranked or receiving votes in the national NJCAA poll, with this time drawing a showdown with #1 Hutchinson.The Conquistadors would struggle to stick with the Blue Dragons of Hutchinson who jump out to the early advantage to hand the Conqs the loss.

Women’s soccer falls to #18 Hutchinson in conference action
For the seventh time this season, the Dodge City women’s soccer team battled a nationally ranked opponent as they took on #18 Hutchinson at home.The Conquistadors would compete throughout but a pair of second-half goals by the Blue Dragons of Hutchinson would doom the Conqs sending them to 3-7-2 on the season and 3-6-2 in KJCCC action.The first half would see the Conqs play with the wind at their backs, and they would push the Blue Dragons throughout the first 45 minutes outshooting them 6-3 but would be unable to get on the board.

Men’s soccer battles with #1 Indian Hills
Dodge City men’s soccer stepped out of conference play again and took on another top-flight opponent facing off against #1 Indian Hills in Kansas City.While the Conquistadors gave the Warriors a run for their money it was three second-half goals by Indian Hills that doomed the Conqs on the day falling 4-1.

Volleyball sweeps season series versus Garden City with road win over Broncobusters
Dodge City volleyball opened the second half of the KJCCC slate taking on rival Garden City on the road and claimed their seventh conference win of the season in four sets.The Conquistadors earned the four-set win 25-22, 17-25, 25-20, 25-19 on the road against the Broncbusters of Garden City.
