The Dodge City High School varsity golf team held its own in a fiercely competitive field at the Bishop Carroll Invitational, finishing 9th overall among 17 schools in the team standings. The event, hosted at Rolling Hills Golf Course in Wichita, featured many of the state’s premier golf programs, including Maize South, Bishop Carroll, and Goddard-Eisenhower, who claimed the top three team spots.

The Cimarron Bluejays hit the links at the Lakin Invitational on Tuesday, competing against a talented field of southwest Kansas golf programs. The Bluejays finished 6th in the varsity team standings with a total score of 443, showing promise as they continue to build experience and confidence in early-season competition.
