Julio Fraire, 31, of Dodge City, was found guilty of first degree murder and criminal possession of a weapon by a convicted felon on Tuesday in Ford County District Court. The incident that claimed the life of victim, Ramiro Nicolas Bernal, took place on July 25, 2015 in the Dodge City Daily Globe parking lot. Sentencing has been scheduled for a later date.
