A semi rests on its side after being blown over by high winds Friday afternoon. The rollover occurred about noon on the Highway 56/400 bypass ramp west of Dodge City Raceway Park. Authorities say the big rig's trailer was empty at the time, making it more susceptible to the wind. The driver of the truck was not injured.
