Kansas Honor Flight #93 whisked more than 140 military veterans from this region to Washington, D.C., Oct. 16. Here are some of them at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier.
Seven men from Dodge City, Fort Dodge and Ford embarked on the last Honor Flight of 2022. The trip marked the tenth year of the Kansas Honor Flight program.
Ray Shrader, Don Melton, Vernon Haugen, Frank Shipps, Jim Perkins, Gerald May and Floyd York were able to take advantage of the Kansas Honor Flight invitation.
