ELAP provides financial assistance for water transportation and for above normal costs of transporting feed to livestock or transporting livestock to forage/ grazing acres.

After the first year under Head Coach, Brett Doe that saw the Conquistadors post a 28-27 record the Conqs look to take strides forward in year two under Coach Doe and he hopes the addition of Cardoza-Oquendo will help the Conqs move forward with now three coaches on staff.

Umbra comes to Dodge City after coaching at the high school level for six years coaching at Binghamton high school and Seton Catholic.
