DCCC: Men’s golf finishes tenth at NJCAA DI National Championship

Dodge City men’s golf team played to a Top 10 finish at the NJCAA Division I National Championships as they finished tied for tenth playing in Newton, Kansas at Sand Creek Station golf course. The Conquistadors for the sixth time under Head Coach, Chris Robinson earned a Top 10 finish at the National Championships as they competed in their 33rd straight national tournament.

Even at ease, JROTC members adhere to their motto: “No excuses, no limits, all in”

It was a banner year for the Dodge City High School’s United States Air Force Junior Reserve Officers’ Training Corps. With more than 100 members in only its second year of existence, it was awarded the Distinguished Unit Award for the school year 20222023 because it achieved or exceeded all its goals and averaged more than 17 hours of community service per cadet.

DCCC:Trio of Conquistadors compete at NJCAA DI Outdoor Track and Field National Championships

Dodge City track and field wrapped up the outdoor season with three athletes competing at the NJCAA Division I Outdoor National Championships in Hobbs, New Mexico. Leading the charge for the Conquistadors was the performance of Denise Dominguez who closed out her Dodge City career by earning a spot on the podium in the 10,000-meter run posting a time of 40:19.74 to place seventh in the event.
