DCCC to Host KU Barnstorming tour April 14
The basketball action in The Dome (Student Activity Center) isn’t quite over for the school year as Dodge City Community College is set to be the first stop on the annual University of Kansas 2023 Barnstorming Tour which will feature KU men’s basketball players from this past season.
K-State’s Taylor named FBS Athletics Director of the Year

Red Aces baseball swept by Elkhart
Elkhart defeated Bucklin Red Aces 15-0 and 11-1 in a baseball doubleheader Tuesday, March 28 in Elkhart. The Red Aces struggled to put runs on the board and had a tough time defensively containing Elkhart in both games.

Bucklin softball earns sweep of Sunrise Christian Academy
The Bucklin Lady Aces put up 19 runs in the first game and 16 runs in the second game against the Sunrise Christian Academy to sweep on March 25 in Wichita. In the first game Halie Feikert was dialed in at the plate on Friday, tallying four hits and leading the Lady Aces to a 19-1 win over Sunrise Christian Academy.
DCCC: Women’s golf ranked 17th in latest Golfstat rankings
Dodge City women’s golf is underway with the spring season and recently put together a second-place finish in the first Jayhawk Conference competition in the most recent Golfstat NJCAA rankings are ranked 17th as a team.
Lady Demons open the season with 10-0 win over TMP
The Dodge City High School girls soccer team opened their season with a 10-0 win against Thomas More Prep-Marian Thursday, March 23. The Lady Demons had several players score in this game.
DCCC: Baseball splits in Great Bend to open series versus Cougars
Dodge City baseball continued KJCCC play on Thursday opening a four-game series with Barton as the top two teams in the KJCCC West did battle in a doubleheader in Great Bend. The Conquistadors would take the series opener 3-1 and then split the day falling 13-7 in game two.
