The A’s offense was in full gear again July 13 as they beat the RoughRiders 14-4 and improved their record to 15-15 on the year. The A’s opened up in the first inning as they scored four runs, thanks to Carson Wright who singled in this inning and allowed the first run of the night to cross the plate.
One of the largest and most unique softball events in the world returned to Dodge City this past weekend. The 48-hour tournament is unlike any softball event on the planet, and the atmosphere makes it one of the greatest tournaments you’ll ever play in.

The Dodge City A’s on Saturday, July 9, the A’s secured a 4-3 victory over the Cougars in the ninth inning. The A’s would fall behind in the game as the Cougars would score one run in the fourth inning and two runs in the fifth inning to hold a 3-0 lead over the A’s until the eighth inning.
The Dodge City A’s on Friday, July 8 secured a 12-0 win over the Denver Cougars. The A’s were led by Ben Smedshammer pitched a complete game shutout.
