The Dodge City A’s picked up their first victory June 10 against the Colorado Springs Outlaws 12-2. The A’s got their offense going in the second inning of the game, as the A’s scored two runs to take a 3-0 lead.
The Western Edge, which is composed of adult hockey players from all over western Kansas, played four games in the 2022 Kansas Cup tournament at the Wichita Ice Center the June 11 weekend. This past weekend the Kansas 6-Man Football All-Star Game was held at Lewis Field Stadium on the Fort Hays State University campus. At the end of the night the North ended up prevailing by a score of 25-19 and continuing their winning streak to three games over the south.
