Dodge City volleyball competed in their final non-conference action of the season as they traveled to Sterling, Colorado to compete at the Sheila Worley Invitational.The Conquistadors would go 2-2 in action beating Casper in straight sets (25-12, 25-20, 25-23) and Laramie County in four sets (25-18, 25-11, 23-25, 25-20).

Dodge City volleyball team is coming off a 4-1 week going 3-1 at the Odessa College Invitational and opening KJCCC action 1-0 with a win over rival Garden City at home.The Conquistadors had several great performances on the court last week and a pair of Conqs have been awarded KJCCC Division I “Player of the Week” honors as Beatriz Lampugnani Cornachini and Hayden Pinard earned Offensive and Setter “Player of the Week” honors.Cornachini last week put together a strong performance for the Conqs in five matches amassing 54 kills, 48 digs, eight block assists, two assists, and three aces.
