Johnny "John Boy" Ray Foy, 42, passed away Friday, Sept. 28 2012 at Mercy Medical Hospital in Roseburg, Ore.
He was born Jan. 13, 1970 in Long Beach, Calif. Foy made his home in Dodge City for several years.
He is survived by two brothers Phillip Perkins and Gary and sister-in-law Kathy Perkins; a sister, Julie Bish and Ed Shute; nephews Brandon, Brad, Cody, Tyler, Taylor and Tanner Perkins, and Curtis Bish II.
Funeral services and inurnment will take place at a later date at Maple Grove Cemetery in Dodge City, Kan.
