Lisa Ann Bradford, 49, died Monday, Nov. 12, 2012, at her home.
Funeral services will be held at 3:30 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 15, 2012, at the First Baptist Church in Independence with Pastor Jim Thornber officiating.
Interment will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Fairmount Cemetery in Jetmore.
Webb Family Funeral Service of Independence is in charge of arrangements.
