Raul Rincon Jr.

Dodge City – Raul Rincon Jr., 31, died April 3, 2022 at Western Plains Medical Complex in Dodge City. He was born on June 22, 1990 at Dodge City, Kansas the son of Raul Rincon Sr. and Alma (Briones) Rincon.

Raul enjoyed watching sports and was avid fan of the Kansas City Chiefs and the New York Yankees. He loved playing basketball in his spare time as well as playing X box games, which he was known as “Mr. Yankee 620” in the gaming world. He worked as a security supervisor for Boot Hill Casino and Resort for ten years. Raul was also the life of the party and could make any one smile.

He was a member of the Cathedral of Our Lady of Guadalupe of Dodge City.

He is survived by his parents Raul Sr. and Alma Rincon Ramirez of Dodge City; two brothers Bernabe “BJ” Rincon of Dodge City; Marcos “Mo” Rincon of Dodge City; companion Anna Le of Dodge City; seven children Aileen, Derek, Donovan, Kloe, Xitzel, Xavier, Xitlay. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews and other extended family.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents Eleuterio and Tomasa Rincon and Jesus and Teodora Briones.

Funeral Mass will be held at Cathedral of Our Lady of Guadalupe on Friday April 8, 2022 at 2:00 PM with Rev. Rudin Din presiding. Burial will follow at Maple Grove Cemetery in Dodge City. Visitation will be held at Swaim Funeral Chapel on Thursday, April 7, 2022 from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Vigil service will be held at 7:00 PM Thursday, April 7, 2022 at Cathedral of Our Lady of Guadalupe. Memorials are suggested to Raul Rincon Jr. memorial fund in care of the funeral home.
