Boo at the Zoo is back for the fourth year thanks to Friends of Wright Park Zoo! The fundraising event for Wright Park Zoo will take place from 5 to 7 p.m., Oct. 22.

DCCC: Women’s cross country finishes third at Ollie Isom Invite

Dodge City women’s cross country competed in their final meet before the region racing against several other KJCCC schools at the Ollie Isom Invite in El Dorado hosted by Butler CC. The Conquistadors put together a day that saw them finish third place as a team behind three Top 15 finishers.

DCCC: Men’s cross country places fifth at Ollie Isom Invite

Dodge City men’s cross country competed in their final meet before the region racing against several other KJCCC schools at the Ollie Isom Invite in El Dorado hosted by Butler CC. The Conquistadors posted a fifth-place team finish as they raced a few runners short of the normal full squad.

DCCC: Men’s golf wraps up fall season with match-play win over Garden City

Dodge City men’s golf team wrapped up the fall season with a match-play competition against KJCCC rival Garden City as they teams played against each other at Southwind Country Club in Garden City. The Conquistadors put together a strong performance against the Broncbusters as the match-play competition featured 10 matches with the Conqs going 7-2-1 in action to win by a score of 7.5 to 2.5.

DCCC: Volleyball sweeps Cloud County in regular season home finale

Dodge City volleyball team picked up their 18th win of the season behind a 3-0 sweep of Cloud County in the regular season home finale on Saturday marking the most wins in a season since 2017. The Conquistadors earned the 25-17, 25-23, 25-16 win over Cloud County to move to 18-7 on the season and 7-5 in KJCCC play with four games remaining in the regular season.

DCCC: Men’s soccer loses a heartbreaker against Johnson County in overtime

Dodge City men’s soccer team faced off with another ranked KJCCC team to continue their season on Sunday and were locked in a battle with #11 Johnson County ultimately falling 3-2 in overtime. The loss sends the Conquistadors to 9-6 on the season and 3-5 in KJCCC action as the Conqs saw a penalty kick in the final seconds of overtime by Johnson County to make it a 3-2 final score.

DCCC: Women’s soccer claims convincing win over Johnson County

Dodge City women’s soccer picked up a big KJCCC win topping Johnson County by scoring four goals in a contest for the first time since May 15, 2021. The win pushes the Conquistadors to 3-8-1 on the season and 2-8 in KJCCC action, while marking only the second win over the Cavaliers in program history.
