Happy Retirement Frances!!!

Hard work, leadership and dedication are the core of a great leader like Frances. She has been a Cargill member for 35 years, since May 4, 1987. She started in fabrication as a Brisket trimmer. Her career created value to her life becoming a supervisor, working with different cultures, and many bosses that show her respect and value in a company. Her most significant accomplishment was to be in the professional field as it help her grow in how to deal with employees and customers in a respectful manner. Frances has 3 sons Brian, Antonio and Alex, has 11 grandchildren 6 granddaughters and 5 grandsons. Family means her life, they are her heart and she is their MOM & protector. She said her main lessons learned working for Cargill, was making her stronger, grow as a woman, leader and coach. Her good bye words to Cargill are “Thank you for this journey, my retirement plans are to spend time with my brothers and sister, my sons, grandkids and to help in the Church.
