At a joint meeting Sept. 6 the Dodge City Commission, Ford County Commission, Dodge City USD 443 Board of Education and Dodge City Community College Board of Trustees each voted unanimously to approve an interlocal agreement to adopt the Neighborhood Revitalization Plan to encourage housing and commercial development in the neighborhood revitalization districts.
